To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation (e.g., certificates). Returns must be initiated within **30 days** of the original delivery date. Please note that any items showing signs of wear or alteration will be rejected upon inspection.

Return Initiation and Process

To start a return, you must contact Aurelia Customer Support via the **Aurelia Contact Form**, providing your order number and the reason for the return. You are required to obtain a **Return Authorization (RA) number**, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package before shipping. Returns sent without a valid RA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Once the RA number is issued, the package must be shipped back within **7 days**.

Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the cost of safe return shipping, including tracking and insurance. This ensures the valuable item arrives back to us securely. If, however, the return is due to an error by Aurelia (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid label and cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received, thoroughly inspected, and approved by our quality control team. The refund will be issued within **7-10 business days** to the original payment method. Please be aware that the original shipping charges and any customs duties you paid are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
